Delivery Policy Statement

At Noriel Opeña Furniture Shop, we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience for our customers. Please carefully review our shipping and tracking policy:

1. Shipping Process

  • 1.1. Delivery Arrangement
    • 1.1.1. Once your order is confirmed, our team will coordinate with a trusted third-party delivery courier for your furniture shipment.
    • 1.1.2. Delivery schedules will be communicated to you in advance, including the estimated delivery date and time.
  • 1.2. Delivery Fees
    • 1.2.1. Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight, and destination of the shipment.
    • 1.2.2. If you require additional trucking assistance, such as unloading or moving furniture to specific locations within your property, an additional service fee will be applied. This fee will include a surcharge determined by the courier.
  • 1.3. Computation of Delivery Fee

      Porter option will automatically enabled if the order weight exceeds to 20 Kgs. Additional payment will reflect to shipping fee for every adding porter. Maximum porter to be declear is 10 person and each porter person have a value of PHP 200.00 to be added on shipping fee. Please check our Terms and Conditions.

  • 1.4. Additional Services
    • 1.3.1. Requests for additional services must be include in the submission your order.
    • 1.3.2. These additional services will be included to the final compute in shipping fees.

2. Tracking Your Order

  • 2.1. Tracking Information
    • 2.1.1. Once your furniture is dispatched, we will provide you with tracking details from the third-party courier. This will include the courier’s contact information and a tracking number, if applicable.
    • 2.1.2. You can use these details to monitor your shipment directly with the courier service.
  • 2.2 Delivery Updates
    • 2.2.1. Our team will also update you on the delivery status as necessary, including delays or adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions or traffic issues).

3. Important Notes

  • 3.1. Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and accessible. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery or failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information.Tracking Information
  • 3.2. Furniture Handling: While we ensure your items are securely packaged, we recommend inspecting the furniture upon delivery. Report any damages or issues to both the delivery personnel and our customer support team immediately.
  • 3.2. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time.
