Welcome to Noriel Opeña Furniture Shop! Please read these Terms and Conditions ('Terms') carefully before using our online ordering system ('Service'). By accessing or placing an order through our website, you are bounded by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from accessing or using our Service. This terms and conditions apply to all transaction on this website including but not limited to the following:

1. General Information

• 1.1 These Terms apply to all users of our Service, including but not limited to customers, merchants, and browsers.
• 1.2. The Service is operated by Noriel Opeña Furniture Shop, registered in Lot 12 Blk. 62, Kaagapay Road, Phase 7A Package 9, Brgy. 176, Caloocan City, Metro Manila, with the following contact details:

2. Ordering Process

• 2.1. To place an order, you must provide accurate and complete personal details, including name, contact information, and delivery address.
• 2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
• 2.3. Order are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order with prior notice.
• 2.4. Once an order is placed, you will received an email confirmation with attachment of summary of order.
• 2.5. Final confirmation of the order will be provided once payment is processed.

3. Pricing and Payment

• 3.1. All prices listed on the website are in Peso Currency and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• 3.2. We reserve the right to modify the listed item prices at anytime without prior notice.
• 3.3. Payment must be made at time of placing the order through accepted payment methods (Credit/Debit Card, GCash, Maya, QRph, and Cash on Delivery).
• 3.4. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you of the correct item price.
• 3.5. For payment made using Cash on Delivery, the customer must pay 50 percent of the order total as deposit plus a 2.5 percent transaction fee before the order to be checkout. In case of order cancellation made by both parties, the reimbursement will be initiated within 3 to 4 working days, including the transaction fee.
• 3.6. For other payment modes such as online banking (Credit/Debit Card, GCash, Maya, QRPh), a 2.5 percent transaction fee will be applied and included in the order amount. Similarly, in the event of order cancellation by both parties, the full amount, including the transaction fee, will be reimbursed.
• 3.7. If the order not accept by the customer on delivery day and returned by delivery courier, reimbursement will not be implemented.

4. Delivery Policy

• 4.1. Delivery time are estimated and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
• 4.2. Delivery changes, if applicable, will be clearly stated at checkout.
• 4.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to received the order at the delivery address.
• 4.4. Delivery dates are estimated and subject to change based on the courier or the specific delivery services handling the parcel.
• 4.5. Ownership of the goods transfers to you once payment is complete and delivery is made. Sales invoice will be issued through email once the payment is confirmed.

5. Cancellation, Return and Refunds

• 5.1. Ordered item may be return within 7 days after the delivery unless it set as completed.
• 5.2. The customer can cancel the order if it has not yet been processed. Reimbursement will be take only 3-4 working days. If the order is in process, the order cannot be cancelled by both parties.
• 5.3. All returned order are subject for confirmation. Once the confirmation done and approved by the admin, reimbursement will be process unless for replacement.

6. Product Description

• 6.1. We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, and dimensions. However, minor variations may occur due to device screen settings or natural materials.
• 6.2. If an item does not match its description, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

7. Warranty

• 7.1. Furniture items are covered by warranty direct to manufacturer against manufacturing defects unless stated otherwise.
• 7.2. The warranty does not cover misuse, intentional or accidental damage.

8. Limitation of Liability

• 8.1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• 8.2. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for order in question.

9. Privacy Policy

• 9.1. Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• 9.2. By using the Service, you consent us to process your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Term Amendments

• 10.1. We reserve the right to update it modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effectively immediately upon posting on the website.
• 10.2. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
